This website contains links to websites operated by third parties. Friend Connect Directory manually approves listings submitted to it's directory ensuring Google Friend Connect is enabled. However, FriendConnectDirectory.com does not monitor or control the linked sites and makes no representations regarding, and is not liable or responsible for any of the content available at these sites. If you choose to access any third party site, you do so at your own risk. The presence of a link to a third-party website does not constitute or imply our endorsement of the third party or of the content, products, or services contained on the website. Friend Connect Directory reserves the right to decline a website submission deemed inappropriate and/or remove any site from it's Directory for any reason.

Liability

The user is responsible for the content that he or she submits to The Friend Connect Directory. If the user decides to submit and publish copyrighted material within their listing, they accept full responsibility for any repercussions that may arise from that decision. Any fines and/or fees that we may incur due directly to that decision will be compensated by the user.

The Terms of Service constitutes the entire agreement between you and The Friend Connect Directory and governs your use of the Service. The section titles in the Terms of Service are for convenience purposes only; they have no legal or contractual effect.
